Ordering and Shipping Information
All of our orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that orders containing wooden items may take longer to fill, as we do not always have every item on hand. Items that are custom (such as hammocks and custom-sized shelving) will take longer since they will be built specifically for your order. If at any time, you're wondering how your order is coming along, feel free to contact us for an update on your order status. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide on the order form. We are not responsible for packages returned due to inaccurate information given on your order form, and you will be charged for re-shipping the package. We offer you the option on how you would like your items shipped. You may choose the cheapest way possible, or to have your package sent by a specific shipper. Choose from USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Our items are packed carefully, and insurance is at your discretion, but it is recommended. Shipments via FedEx automatically carry insurance up to $100.00. We cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipment. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been received and a total which includes shipping, shortly after your order has been received by us. Please do not send payment until you receive a shipping amount from us. Payments are accepted via PayPal and money order only. Whenever possible, we will use boxes and packaging supplies we can obtain at no charge. If your order contains over-size items, we may have to purchase a box in order to ship it safely. This cost is added to your shipping charge. We ship worldwide. You are responsible for any and all duty fees, regardless of the amount.
Effective May 1, 2011 All orders containing custom wood items require that the custom items be paid for in full before production of those items will begin. This advance payment is non-refundable. The balance of the order total is due once we notify you of the remaining balance (including shipping) and may be paid by money order or PayPal. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of notification. We appreciate your understanding with this policy change, unfortunately, we've found it necessary due to several orders not being paid for once they were completed. This holds up orders for other customers and leaves us with items that are custom that we cannot use to fill orders. |
